Christmas Chalkboard Creations

Today’s post combines 3 of my favorite things: Christmas, Black and White color scheme and Chalkboards.  Last year I noticed a lot of ornaments and decorating ideas centering on chalk and chalkboards and they are still very prolific this year.

There are tons of places on the web you can visit and download templates for chalkboard ornaments, Christmas cards and ideas that you can do on your own chalkboard at home to “Christmasfy” it.  All of today’s ideas are from Pinterest with the links to instructions.   I really like this look and will probably use it personally in my home after the trending is over, I mean who doesn’t love a chalkboard?  It’s very retro and reminds me not only of my days as a teacher but also as a student, and let’s face it, don’t we all want to feel like kids again.  Enjoy!!!

What a great way to repurpose an old tray, allows you to add some silver sparkle.
