I love Pop art, I enjoy so much how it references images in popular culture and there’s usually great color and movement involved. Czar Catstick is an artist that is taking popular references, particularly facial images, and painting them in a whole new way. Catstick is based in London and is using both traditional and newer digital techniques to create Pop art for the 21st century. Czar Catstick currently has a new series of works he’s entitled Sugar-DADA/Fizzy Pop Series. Join me today as we look at some of the works by Czar Catstick over on the Saatchi art website, Enjoy!!!
