Light Up With Fornasetti

When I first started writing this post it was going to be a general article about the Italian design company Fornasetti, but as I began investigating and looking at products I decided to focus on lamps produced by Fornasetti.

I’ll do a more in depth post on Fornasetti later and show their complete line of products, but I was completely bowled over by their lamps.  I’ve always had a thing for lighting and lamps, so when I saw the amazing designs that Fornasetti is doing with their signature faces, architecture and colors it made me very happy.  I love the sleekness and shapes of the lamps and the colored shades, as well as the masculinity of the lamps with designs of bow ties, soldiers and sea creatures. One of these on a table with a small bunch flowers or a clock and some books would be gorgeous, or a pair on a buffet or as bedside table lamps.  What are your thoughts on the Fornasetti lamps? Enjoy!!!
