Happy Tuesday and Happy Cinco de Mayo!! Cinco de Mayo is many times thought to be the celebration of Mexico’s independence day but that actually occurs on September 16, instead, Cinco de Mayo (fifth of May) is a celebration to remember Mexico’s unlikely defeat of the French army at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.  So, in celebration of all things Mexican today I thought we would look at Mexican design.  I have to admit, I’ve never been to Mexico, my high school and college spring breaks were always spent on the ski slopes and I’m not real beachy either.  Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the ocean, I’m just not into heat AT ALL!! Anyway, I digress, join me as we take a look at all things Mexican, especially villas and homes from our neighbor to the south. Enjoy!!! (above image via)

This house is a real beauty. Had to add the pictures on my pinterest account, for inspiration when renovating my first house ever!

    Thank you for sharing it..
