I’m sure by now you’ve noticed that gold has made a comeback in the world of design in a HUGE way. For so long we have turned our noses up at gold (or brass), scoffing and saying “NO WAY”, as we all remember gold and brass light fixtures, water faucets, lamps and coasters, well I think it’s time we all reconsider gold, it seems to be going the way of animal print and never really leaving our design consciousness. I personally don’t have a problem with gold as long as it’s done in the right way, little doses here and there adding sparkle to our lives. I think there are several ways to incorporate gold into your design scheme and we are going to take a look at three of those ways this week by looking at gold furniture, accessories and lighting. Today we are going to take an overall look at gold furniture, both as the main color and as an accent, so get your sparkle on and enter the world of Gold, Enjoy!!!
