One of my favorite things about this time of year and going into Summer are the fresh fruits and vegetables that become available and one of my favorite fruits is Strawberries. I love their sweetness and distinct flavor and how well they mix with lots of other foods and flavors, one of my favorite flavors of ice cream is strawberry and in the Summer, there’s nothing better than a big piece of strawberry pie with a big dollop of homemade whip cream. During the month of May, we are going to take a look at strawberries, not only from a fruit and food standpoint but also from a design standpoint. Strawberries have long been inspiration for designers in home accessories as well as jewelry, so I hope you’ll join me as we take a look at the little bright red fruit the whole month of May, I’ll share recipes for foods, desserts, cocktails and as well as look at home decor and personal accessories inspired by Strawberries. Here’s a look at our inspiration, check back every day and Enjoy!!! (above image via)
