Yesterday we took a look at some British offerings from One Kings Lane leading up to my post about our day at Stonehenge and in Bath, today we are going to look at what’s available as far as a Paris theme leading up to a post about our day trip to Paris. French furniture and accessories always have a special feel to them and they definitely add that bit of something extra to any look or decor. I love the colors that the French use, especially in antiques, that soft French Blue, yellow, and all the earth tones, and of course they’re known for their use of bright colors in artwork and posters. One Kings Lane has a great selection of merchandise from France on their website, here’s a quick look and check back later this morning for a look at our One Day In Paris. Enjoy!!! You can always tell a French light fixture from a mile away and this Paris Chandelier in Antiqued Brass is gorgeous. Perfect over a dining table, bathtub, or a high-ceilinged entryway.
The Paris Coffee Table in Cream is made of kiln dried wood and finished to look like luxe Vellum.
I’ve told you before I have a weakness for poster art and this Paris Air France poster from the 1950’s is very tempting. It was originally almost $750.00 but is now marked down to $199.00.
I would love to have several of these French Green Glass A. Bailly Paris Bottles. Wouldn’t they be great with flowers in them or to use them as candle holders?
This reproduction entitled Paris is printed in deckled matte paper, I love the colors and fun feel to this piece, framed and ready to hang.
This Paris Floor Mirror in Gold would be an amazing addition to any room. The pagoda styling mixes in with so many styles, below you can see it used in a bedroom.
I remember watching old movies as a kid and they would talk about Maxim’s Restaurant in Paris, this Maxim’s Paris Cigar Ashtray is just one of several wonderful ashtrays from old Paris.
To create this work of art artist Dawn Wolfe took a beautifully colored map of Paris, cut it apart and reassembled into this gorgeous 3-D piece of art, a Folded Map Dress.
