The books author, Enrico Bernardo, is regarded as the world’s best sommelier and has written numerous other books on wine, including How To Taste Wine and How To Pair Wine. The Impossible Collection looks at the history of wine and Bernardo has compiled a list of some of the greatest wines and what it takes to take grapes and turn them into bottled masterpieces. Among the wines, Bernardo looks at are the 1928 Krug Champagne, the 1951 Penfolds Grange Bin 95 and the 1973 Stag’s Leap Estate SLV.
