Beautiful Pillows From Pottery Barn

Today is the first day of Spring and that usually means a lot of our thoughts will turn to warmer days and brighter colors. A quick and easy way to get a fresh jolt of color this time of year is to change out the pillows in our living rooms and bedroom, change out the deep, rich colors of Fall and Winter for bright and lighter colors of Spring and Summer. I recently received the latest Pottery Barn catalog and PB has a ton of new and beautiful pillows, when I was putting this post together I noticed myself continually drawn to the embroidered pillows and those done in crewel stitch. I always love these kinds of pillows because all of the handwork done on them gives another dimension to the pillow as well as fun patterns and colors. Join me today for a peek at some of the beautiful pillows from Pottery Barn and get inspired for Spring, Enjoy!!!

I think this Robyn Embroidered Pillow Cover is gorgeous, I could do a whole room with this as the inspiration for color.

Blue is everywhere in the design world, I think a lot of people find it soothing and there are so many beautiful shades of blue. This Karlie Block Print Pillow Cover has a lot of beautiful patterns and several shades of blue to work with.

If you’re more of an earth tones person than the Nicola Embroidered Pillow Cover might be for you. With blue as its main focus, it also mixes tan, brown, white, and green to create a beautiful mix of colors.

This Folk Bird Pillow Cover is one of my favorite pillows from Pottery Barn this Spring. It gives you a popular white pillow with tons of gorgeous color on the front with crewel work bringing you reds, yellows, and blues. Gorgeous!!!

I have to be honest and tell you, Butterflies are not my favorite decorating motif. But, I do think this Butterfly Crewel Pillow Cover is beautiful and will work in so many design schemes. I especially like the black in the pillow.

Isn’t this beautiful? The pattern on the Bibiana Embroidered Pillow Cover is taken from a Turkish tile, this red and blue combination is always a favorite of mine and will brighten up any neutral sofa.

Of course, gray is still popular and I don’t see it going anywhere anytime soon. The color and pattern on the Gray Coral Embroidered Pillow give you lots of pattern and design to work with, in a neutral palette.

Hopefully, you see something here today that appeals to you and inspires you to bring some new colors and pattern to your decorating scheme. Happy first day of Spring!!!
