Fall In OKC 2017

November 7, 2017

By Tab Byrum

I’ve been out and about a lot the last several days and have really been enjoying watching the colors change on all the trees around Oklahoma City. A lot of times by this time of year everything is just tan or brown but we were fortunate this past Spring and Summer when we had quite a bit of rain, so all the trees are full of leaves and changing into beautiful shades of yellow, red, and orange. I took my camera with me the last couple of days while I was driving to client’s houses to work and stopped to take photos of some of the more striking trees and their beautiful colors. I hope you enjoy these as much as I am and I’ll be back with more Thanksgiving ideas this week. Have a great day and Enjoy!!!

I love the mix of red and yellow on this home’s lawn.

At my client’s home, the ivy on the side of the house is a beautiful mix of red, orange, and green.

I think this is Japanese Maple, if you know for sure let me know. I love the color.

A beautiful mix of yellow and orange.

Across from the Library.

These are trees around the Village Branch of the OKC Library, they’re all a beautiful orange.

Some of the Library trees have gorgeous red berry clumps.

A neighbor’s cute front yard display.

I love on this tree how you can see the progression of color from the outer edges of green and yellow to the orange in the center.

This is one of my favorite trees.

This home and trees are much more impressive in person but you get the idea of the bright red and orange trees against this white home.

It’s cooled off dramatically in Oklahoma so hopefully, everyone’s pumpkins will make it until Thanksgiving and not collapse.

I love the big pop of orange peeking from the side of this home’s yard.

I hope you are enjoying Fall where you live, have a great Tuesday and I’ll see you soon. Enjoy!!!
